Inês Pereira Rodrigues

Doctoral Researcher (PRAXIS/UÉ)
Completed a PhD from University of Beira Interior in 2013, with a thesis on the work of Jan Patočka, in the areas of ethics and phenomenology, and focused on issues of freedom and responsibility in our relationship with the world. Previously, she completed a Masters at the University of Lisbon, with a thesis about meaning and the "care of the soul" in Jan Patočka, and a B.A. in Philosophy at Metropolitan State College of Denver, Colorado. Recently returned from Australia, where she was working as lecturer at the University of Notre Dame Australia, in Fremantle, and is now developing a postdoctoral research project about truth in narrative identity.
